Our machine shop works with a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, exotic injection molding plastics and many types of , tool steels. Our team is held to strict internal quality control policies and procedures when performing pre and post-finishing quality inspections, and we are always happy to implement additional inspections and provide reports for your team upon request. We use state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machine (CNC) inspection equipment and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) language to monitor, maintain, and report our tolerances within .0002". Our quality control standards meet or exceed regulations set within a variety of industries, including ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our quality control team also has experience working with industry-specific standards, including agriculture, aerospace, and the medical field.
